We want to help you, the buyer, work with our website. We understand the Internet buying is buggy as it is, and that's why we're fixing those bugs as we speak. To help you, we've listed some of the advantages and maybe some of the disadvantages of buying from us: :: Advantages: - You're buying from an SE-EU country at a lower price than the one in your home country, having products of the same quality as home. Also, you're not paying anything more than what the product is worth and some expenses to ship your order, meaning by that just the material and handwork that goes in the production of these items.
- You feel comfortable about their quality. Everything you request will be done accordingly. Shipping costs are the only thing you may need to worry about, but using an international courier like FedEx should solve the problem. Shipping schedules will be strictly respected, so you're going to know exactly when to expect the package to arrive.
- You pay through PayPal, so you're happy knowing that money is going the right way. Also, you're paying to a company which you can check on at the Romanian Chamber Of Commerce, CUI: 19116791, or S.C. CATALIN PUBLISHING S.R.L.
:: Disadvantages: - PayPal payment is buggy, or your payments won't be accepted because we're using an SE-EU account. If that happens, fire-up an e-mail and write us what products you wanted and in what quantity. A staff member will contact you almost instantly and process your order. That staff member will keep in contact with you until delivery is done.
:: Minimum Order & Shipping: - We ask that you, the buyer have an order of at least $25. Anything lower means that the staff is going to invest a lot of time and effort in satisfying your order, which isn't good for either sides. We want to avoid this.
- We ask that you support all the shipping costs. The prices are free of shipping costs. These costs are calculated on a per/order basis, meaning that if you buy a large quantity, you pay less for shipping which really results in savings on your side and an equal amount of spent money on our side.
